How Our Ordering Process Works:
Use the contact form below to let us know what custom products you are interested in, or if you have a specific event you need ideas for.

We will reach out to you within 24 hours to get more information from you if needed. Once we have more details we will send over a presentation with product ideas and pricing, or if you already have a specific item and quantity you know you want, we might send over an estimate for approval.

Once the products are decided and the sales order is approved, we require a 50% deposit to submit the order. Unless it is a rush order, we may require payment in full.

You will receive a proof for all items that are being custom printed for your approval before production begins. Once approved your order will move into production and we will send you tracking once it ships!

Once your order is delivered and you are satisfied with your order,; you will be invoiced for the remaining amount as well as any shipping charges.
